We are so happy to be a part of your pet’s healthcare. Your initial consultation with the doctor is one of the most important. One that builds the foundational relationship between owner, pet and doctor.
During your pets initial examination, the doctor spends between 30 and 60 minutes with you and your pet. It is essential to spend an adequate amount of time getting to know your pet, answering all your questions and addressing all your concerns.
Please make sure to bring the following:
- Complete medical/surgical history.
- Stool sample
- Fill out this new client form to expedite the paperwork process.
- A list of any current medications
- And of course a list of any questions you may have!
