Allison Brown, DVM, CVA, IVCCP, CVNN
I joined DHVP in July 1995 as a veterinary assistant. I earned my DVM with Honors from Ross University and became co-owner in 2012. My professional interests include ultrasonography, internal medicine, nutrition, and geriatric care. I’m also an active member of CIVT, AAVH, and AHVMA.
Rodney Jerger, DVM
I graduated with honors from Ross University in 2005. After completing a rotating internship and working at multiple veterinary practices throughout New York City, I became co-owner of DHVP in 2012. I enjoy spending time with my wife, our two children, our two dogs, and Axle the cat.

We're a family owned, AAHA accredited practice that has proudly served our community and generations of pet owners for over 30 years. Dr. Brown provides integrative veterinary care, while Dr. Jerger focuses on conventional medicine. Together, they are committed to delivering compassionate, personalized care for every patient.

I joined the DHVP team in 2022 as a Client Service Representative and have loved growing alongside the practice ever since. Today, as a Practice Manager, I get to do what I love most which is helping clients, our team, and of course the animals who bring us all together. I love creating a warm, welcoming environment where pets feel comfortable, clients feel heard, and the team feels like family.
Outside of DHVP, you can usually find me spending time with my loved ones, planning my next adventure, staying active, or enjoying time with my own pets, Kratos and Khaos.
